20th - Wednesday: Censor is scheduled on July 19th. So not possible to release world-wide on 20th.
22th - Friday: Superstar Rajnikanth blockbuster Chandramukhi is celebrating 100 days on July 22nd.
23rd - Saturday: Megastar Chiranjeevi Andarivadu is completeing 50-day run on 23rd. B & C center theaters are freed only after 23rd.

I think re-shouting of the climax has caused the movie to delay.
