This is a worng information that Chiranjeevi is the highest paid actor in the country. According to the latest survery, Rajinikanth is the highest paid actor. His salary for the movie Chandramukhi was 20 Crores which is more than 2 1/2 times chiru's salary

Hey boss this might be the case sometime back. But recently, according to the sources and like the newspapers published he is the highly paid actor in India. Pls. have a look at rajinifans.com. The news published in this site is just not fans opinions. There are also newspapers cuttings.There it is said that Chiru was the highly paid actor , but after the release of Chandramukhi, Rajini has crossed the margin which no actor can even think of(Rajinikanth takes distribution rights which fetches him more money).
